Assessment of Water Supply Performance and water distribution: in Case of Gondar Town Water Supply and Sewerage service

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess Water supply Performance (product accessibility, distribution timeliness, distribution service quality, and supply service quantity and service flexibility) and Customers Compliant Handling: in Case of Gondar Town Water Supply and Sewerage. The study would adopt a mixed research approach and Descriptive survey research type. This study would be use both primary and secondary sources to undertake the study. Primary data would be collected from respondents and secondary data from dissertations, reports and books with relevant literature and the internet. The sizes of the total population of the organization are 270 out the researcher use a total of 161 samples. Both Closed ended and open ended questionnaire employed to gather the necessary data for this study. This instrument developed by the researcher. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 software package and presented using descriptive texts, frequency tables, cross tabulations, means and standard deviations.
