Finally the researcher gave the recommendations based on the finding of the research to the federal and Amhara national regional governments that the conflict- induced displacement become the reason of grave human rights violations and human crises so that the governments should give special emphasis and do more work on rule of law and security . The government should set up specific and strong institution with full of power, duty and accountability as well as legislate a specific national legal law on IDPs. The government should do more on creating awareness on constitutional rights of nation, nationality and people to reduce the conflict and internal displacement. There should be series reconciliation stage that can pave the way for the peaceful coexistence of nation nationality and people of Ethiopia as they lived.. The Ethiopian human rights commission should be much strong enough that endeavor for the realization of the objective of its establishment like monitoring the IDPs site. The federal and Amhara regional government should provide necessary humanitarian aid like food, water, cloth, shelter, medicine and sanitation services that are necessary for the survival of IDP en_US
