The quantitative data of this study were collected by using questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by using both descriptive statistics (percentage and frequency) and inferential statistics such as chisquare test. Binary logistic regression model also used to identify the determinant factors that affect the kind social interaction among condominium house residents in the study area. The result of the study indicated that the status of social interaction among condominium residents were medium level and participated on Iddir, Mahiber, Iqub and environmental cleanup programs. The majority of the residents did not have a schedule to make social interaction. Households mainly practiced individual to individual form of social interaction.
